Would you believe that a 6 to 9 year old kid could have more muscles than the adults…?

 

A video from therichest.com posted in youtube.com confirms how these kids build muscles starting from a very early age. While most of the kids are playing with friends either from home or from the school with toy guns, barbies, lego toys, play dohs, imagine what these kids are doing in their “supposedly” play time or even after classes… (well, that if they did go to school though).

Here in Cebu, Philippines, I haven’t seen nor heard that kids this young would have such an intense workout in the gym. I did see some other videos of kids working out in youtube but the muscles are not that big yet and their work out routines are more on just using body weights.

As a parent, I’d rather have my kids focus on studies and have them play with their classmates and neighbors with simple pinoy games like patentero or whatever is “uso” as of this moment or perhaps just have them do adventures like swimming with the whale sharks, canyoneering or maybe water falls hopping to Tumalog Falls, Aguinid Falls and other Falls within Cebu Province or maybe better to have them play simple games like chess (simple…? Are you serious?), scrabble or perhaps ball games rather than have them or allow them to keep on lifting weights on the gym. Not even most adults are doing this (including me, with no work out at all :-( ). Would you do this or allow your kids to have muscles like this…? check out the video below:
